The firm
Airiston Tili ja Kiinteistö Oy was entered in the Finnish Trade Register on 03 November 1983 and has traded under the same legal identity ever since — no rebrand, no reincorporation, no change of Business ID. The office is at Risto Rytin katu 30 in Huittinen, in the Satakunta region of western Finland.
The name reflects the two halves of the practice that grew up alongside each other: tili — the accounting and tax work that is our registered principal activity — and kiinteistö — the financial administration of housing companies and property-owning entities, which in a region of small towns and shared housing stock has always been a substantial part of the ledger.
We are deliberately a small firm. Clients get a named accountant who knows their ledger rather than a rotating support queue, and the person who answers the telephone can usually answer the question.
What we are registered to do — and what we are not
Our filed principal activity is NACE 69201, Accounting and bookkeeping activities; tax consultancy. That is the work we advertise and the work we take.
We are not an authorised audit firm (tilintarkastusyhteisö) and hold no HT, KHT or JHT authorisation. Where a client is subject to statutory audit we prepare and reconcile the audit file and deal with the auditor’s queries, but the audit itself and the auditor’s report are issued by that client’s own authorised auditor under Tilintarkastuslaki 1141/2015.
We are not a licensed estate agency and do not broker, market or value property; our real-estate work is bookkeeping and financial administration. We do not provide consumer credit, debt relief or debt collection, we do not give investment advice, and we do not act for or on behalf of any government authority.
