1. The short version
By default this website sets no cookies at all. The only thing stored before you make a choice is nothing; once you choose, we store your choice itself so we can honour it.
Optional analytics and advertising storage is loaded only after you click “Accept all” or enable that category in the preferences panel. Rejecting has exactly the same prominence and the same single click as accepting, and the site works identically either way.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These are required for the site to function and to remember your decision. Under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent, but you should still know they exist.

Our web server also writes standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, status code, user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are not cookies and are deleted after 30 days — see the Privacy Policy.
3. Analytics
The analytics category is offered in the consent banner and is currently not in use: no analytics cookie or script is loaded on this site even if you enable the category. If we introduce one, this page will list it by name, purpose and duration before it is deployed, and consent will be requested again.
4. Advertising (Microsoft Advertising UET)
Airiston Tili ja Kiinteistö Oy may advertise its B2B services on Microsoft Advertising (Bing). If you consent to the advertising category, the Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag is loaded so that we can tell whether an ad click led to a genuine business enquiry. It measures conversions; it does not build a profile of you for us, and we receive only aggregated reporting.

We implement Microsoft Consent Mode v2. Before any tag can run, the site declares ad_storage: 'denied' as the default for every visitor. That default is lifted to granted only when you consent, and is set back to denied the moment you withdraw. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited acts as controller for the data it collects under this tag; see Microsoft’s own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
5. How to change or withdraw your choice
- Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page — it reopens the banner with your current selection.
- Clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes the stored choice and makes the banner reappear.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser’s own settings. Because nothing on this site depends on optional cookies, blocking them costs you no functionality.
Withdrawing consent stops future collection immediately. It cannot undo processing that already lawfully took place before you withdrew.
